Rentals are fleet-backed vehicles managed by Ride Fleet operations. Car sharing listings are hosted by independent owners and managed through our platform with trip protection and hosted payments.

What documents do I need?

You'll need a valid driver's license, a credit or debit card in your name, and you must meet the minimum age requirement (usually 21+). International licenses are accepted at most locations.

What is the cancellation policy?

Rental bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Car sharing bookings offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
